TRC does not collect personally identifiable information about You (such as Your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, e-mail address, date of birth or social security number) unless You voluntarily submit that information to us (i) when You register as a user on the Site, (ii) in a request for more information from us, or (iii) via e-mail. Other information that we may collect from You include Your username, and password.

Additional Protections for Children
The Site is not designed for or targeted to children under the age of 13. TRC will never knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from a child under the age of 13 through the Site. If we discover that a child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information.
Changing Your Information

If You do not wish to receive marketing or promotional materials from us, You may opt-out of receiving these emails by emailing us at trc-edit@ thoroughbredracing.com with the subject line “Remove From Email Marketing.” Please note that it make take up to ten (10) days for that change to register in our system.
