TRC readers' photographs: this week’s selection

We are on a mission to capture as many amazing images as possible from around the world to help promote the sport of racing. We have chosen three from very different parts of the racing world this week. Don't forget to send us yours.

The first two images were sent in by Phil Doncaster and show scenes from Warren Hill gallops in Newmarket, England. Warren Hill is home to two 4½-furlong synthetic training tracks and is visited by around 16,000 every month! The first shot (above) shows rider Méli Mélou clearly happy in her work there. The fantastic shot below shows a group of horses heading out, capturing perfectly the British springtime weather.

The final image is from George Moreno a horse being put through his paces on a sunny morning at Arlington International Racetrack in Illinois, USA.
