We are on a mission to capture as many amazing images as possible from around the world to help promote the sport of racing. We have chosen three from Ireland to highlight this week. Don't forget to send us yours.

The first choice this week was sent in by David Mooney and shows a horse taking a stroll along the beach before Laytown races. If you have not come across this unique racetrack before you can see even more images here

This great image sent in by David Betts shows a lone horse preparing for a morning gallop at The Curragh. The County Kildare skyline beautifully highlights the difference between the silhouette of the horse and the man leading him.

Betts also sent in the final selection below. Legendary Irish trainer Dermot Weld laughs along with onlookers, while the horse, Ace of Diamonds knows exactly where to look and stares straight down the lens.
