The catalogue is small, but Tassie traders are provided an important offering.

After a two-day stop in WA, Magic Millions trade heads back east for a compact sale (there are just 125 catalogue entries) at its Carrick complex over the water in Tassie.
It comes a few weeks after a couple of Magic Millions races at Elwick, when Aristopolos won the Magic Millions 2YO Classic and Perspiration the Magic Millions 3YO/4YO Classic.
This, of course, is the sale at which subsequent Australian Guineas heroine Mystic Journey was offered in 2017, fetching A$11,000.
In 2026, lots by a number of local sires will be represented, as well as those by wider stars, such as Home Affairs, Capitalist and Earthlight.
Lot 18, a colt offered by local Smithers consignors, and Lot 73, a filly who comes through the Broadmarsh Stud draft, are two lots out of prominent Group winners: the Vinery Stud Stakes winner Mirjulisa Lass and the multiple Listed winner Black ‘N’ Tough respectively.
Also included in that category is Lot 58, a filly by Stratosphere out of the Gold Sovereign Stakes winner Testamarriage, from the family of the Oakleigh Plate winner Reactive.
Armidale, Grenville and and Motree Thoroughbreds are among those with the largest drafts, Motree’s offerings including Lot 31, a half-sister to two winners out of the winning Lonhro mare Pass.
Other lots of interest include:
Lot 13, a colt by Needs Further whose second dam is a full-sister to the Canadian Group 1 winner Forte Dei Marmi.
Lot 68, a Yulong Prince filly whose second dam won the AJC Australian Oaks.
Lot 98, a State Of Rest filly whose third dam won a Group 2 and was placed at Group 1 level
Trade begins at 11am on Monday.
